HI, I'M ELKE
I'm a leadership confidence coach & workplace behavioural analyst, advanced Extended DISC® practitioner, trainer, mentor, speaker and I'm on a mission with a passion.
...and I'm also much more than that. I'm straightforward, inspiring, empathetic - and I like my humour - a little dry, a little cheeky. I'm an Austrian in Australia (yep, that's where my funny accent is from), with a master's degree, international coaching and profiling certifications.
I've spent more than 20 years in the corporate world as purchasing & procurement manager and leader in Austria and Australia. I've led tough negotiations, fast-paced teams and complex change - so I know what it takes to perform under pressure and bring others with you. Now? Now I'm running my own coaching and training business and I'm the creator of the Confidence Creation System™.
I've built my life around helping leaders and their teams understand what makes them tick, how they operate and what drives or drains them.
